Placed order behind one couple at walk up window. All we ordered was two milkshakes. The people ahead of us got their food except for drinks. Then another lady walked up to order a milkshake and waited forever to be acknowledged. We could see our drinks on the counter and only after they took the ladies order was able to tell them we had been waiting for 15 or so minutes. Finally five minutes later the people that ordered before us finally got their milkshakes and we got ours. Staff was rude as hell. Took 20 minutes to get milkshakes you would think they had went to milk a cow to make them. My suggestion is you need staff that is willing to work and remember that customers are the reason you have a job in the first place. Not acknowledging customers when they walk up is first inconsiderate and being rude is uncalled for. It is your job to do just thatwait on the customer. They basically just ignored all of us at the window. Cookout.you need new staff. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Cashier was apologetic and polite. Person taking order definitely did not seem to want to be there and totally mixed up the order and cost more money. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered cheese burger and drink. The bun was awful hard and the burger was cold and not cooked. I love Cook out but this location is a let down
