Last 3 times ive came to this location they got my order wrong. This last time they gave me the wrong order twice, told them i got the wrong order in The drive through and they just handed me the same wrong order again like i wouldn't check it. I ordered a coke with my tray and it was half coke half sweet tea. Love cook out but this location is disappointing. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Just went through the drive through for a snack. I ordered Cajun chili cheese fries and received no Cajun seasoning on the fries. It also came as a tray, which I didnt order, and our drinks came with no straws. I also found a hair on one of the fries. I love cookout but this was disappointing. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1

Terrible !! Will never go back !!! Started with their rude behavior while taking our order. Young workers speaking with us with no respect or patience. Then we’ve noticed some items were missing. I went back there an a server said he would bring us the missing items shortly. After 15 mins I went back there and the server wasnt even there. No one knew about my missing item. How can it be worse? Please close this store. Your lack of respect and professionalism is an insult to customers and the food business! Shame on you !!!
