I had an outstanding experience at Cook Out thanks to Jada! From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and a positive attitude that made me feel welcome. She was professional, patient, and attentive while taking my order, ensuring everything was correct and answering my questions with kindness. What really stood out was her exceptional customer service and genuine friendliness. In today’s world, it’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued, but Jada did exactly that. Not the typical fast food place. Juicy burgers, and a variety of super thick shakes(40 flavors). Inside looks more bbq than fast food. They r courteous enough to have a hand wash station for you, to clean before and after you eat(if u r messy, like me). Drive thru sucks, too narrow for my truck, rims got some curb rash.
