Do you like books? A perfect bookstore that is even better together. Here, the restaurant and bookstore are in perfect harmony. I never thought about the luxury of enjoying a meal while surrounded by beautiful books. You can purchase books after finishing your meal, and it is also impressive that there is space for meals in each of the various sections. The quality of the food in this restaurant is also very good, and the staff is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. It's a really beautiful bookstore and restaurant. This is what heaven looks like for me... books and food combined! This place was on my 'want-to-visit-list' for a very long time and it didn't disappoint. The bookstore(s) are divided in different sections with different themes and entering them feels like entering a little story of its own. Each room is a combination of a bookstore with a restaurant, perfectly adjusted to each other. Discovering these sections is like going on an adventure, with wonderful surprises behind every corner. All the books are French. There's only one section dedicated to English books (a small but very well curated selection) and there a no Dutch books. The Cook & Book location in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert is easy to reach by subway (Metro Roodebeek at 1 min walk) and by car (free parking at 2 min walk). Atmosphere: 5
