For the class there was 5 of us and Clara. We had an amazing time cooking and learning each technique for our different dishes. She spoke great English and We were all as hand on as we wanted to be. Clara is full of knowledge and is very happy to share all of it with us. The food was DELICIOUS and the wine was incredible.
We had an amazing experience with Clara and would not hesitate to take another class with her the next time we are in Milan!
