British food is worth a try here. That's a nice idea to order nicely cooked sirloins and tasty ribs. According to the guests' opinions, waiters offer delicious beer. Good coffee is among the tastiest drinks to degust. Clients don't highly appreciate sundaes at this bar.

Very poor service, was directed to a table by a very unfriendly barman, started eating then told to move, food just dumped on new table, no apology, mushrooms very dry, waitress clearing was pleasant, will not be returning nor will we recommend.

We have visited the Cookhouse and Pub on 2 occasions recently. Both visits were very enjoyable. The Staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. On both occasions the food was excellent and piping hot. One nice touch was the crayons, sticker sheet, colouring sheet and a free tray of sliced veg and dip for the young ones. Based on my experience I cannot understand the negative reviews.
