This place is incredible. Whoever is behind the creativity of these pastries is a genius! We popped in after dinner looking for a hot drink and something sweet. How lucky we were to find this place. It is small but very cosy. A lovely warm welcome from the very pleasant lady working behind the counter. The display of desserts looked beautiful and made it so difficult to choose! The winner for us was Aretha (long eclair shape choux bun with vanilla and hazelnut) it was sublime! Not only was it so delicious the textures were fantastic. Light and delicate pastry with a velvet filling and crispy on the outside. The balance was perfect. I have worked in some very nice restaurants in my career and have been very lucky to be used as a guinea pig and have tested many deserts and pastries. I don’t think I have ever had anything as good as this pastry anywhere else! The next day we were supposed to leave Split but due to weather we had to stay another day. So, of course we went back and had it again as we could not stop talking about it all day! Also had the Bowie which was also amazing and thank goodness the same lovely girl greeted us again with kindness and didn’t look at us like we were greedy pigs (which we totally were) Thank you cookie lab!

The products are Good. The waitresses are rude, have no knowledge of sanitation. Two Days bevore a waitress peted a Dog and then continued to serve without washing the hands. Today another waitress put an almond croissant on the plate and did another Things. Two flies crabbeled on it. I asked her to Change it. She said there were any more. Two minutes later another customer ordered an almond croissant and sehe brought some ones from the kitchen. If sanitary ist important to you, dont go there.
