Peabody Place Museum is a great attraction for tourists who come to eat at this confectionary restaurant after long walks. Order good biscuits. The nice service is a big plus of Cookie Plug. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

We wanted Insomnia but didn't want to pay $5 each to get on Beale Street to go to a business. We were pretty hype when we came across this spot! The customer service was good, art dope. But those hockey pucks they call cookies...all 6-7 of them..the worst!Super sweet, lack actual flavor, too dense, tasted old, and greasy. We saw the reviews and still came so... Should've just paid the $5...

I really like the name. I thought this would’ve been a cool place to have a cookie, but wow the cookie being hard as a brick to hurt my teeth absolutely threw me off. Also, it’s really bland like cardboard. I liked the shop and it was pretty cool, but their food is terrible. It’s a shame too, I was into the small shop with funky art vibe.

I wish i could give it zero stars . I went to cookie plug on 03-06-2026 and bought 6 cookies and they were all disgusting . I really had high hopes and have been wanting to try this business for awhile but the cookies were very oily and dense and did not have a pleasing taste whatsoever. I am sweet tooth and love cookies and was highly disappointed in these . I would not be returning.
