Customer service has been terrible! This is my second time coming to this location and each time my food gets shoved in my hand. It’s always this one guy with dark short hair looks kinda Mexican/white wears glasses and is usually in charge of drive thru. He should be fired! Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Cook out in general is a great local NC establishment. It used to be much more affordable so I don't go as often as I used to but the prices are still much better than most places. I saw the rating for this particular location and it took a while for me to give it a try for that reason but so far every time I go my experience has been positive. My chicken sandwich is always juicy (some other locations it can be overcooked and dry) and the workers have always been courteous even when they are slammed after a high school football game. For Cook Out in general if I've ever had a problem I've been able to reach out to corporate and they make it better. The one complaint I have is an itemized receipt would be helpful. The receipt has the items in the order but not the price of each item. You don't always know what you are paying for. Service: Takeaway Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

The staff were welcoming and they served us when they were just about to close. Highly recommended, the food is delicious!
