normally good experiences here. fun friendly staff. however, tonight while a rider (I'm an Uber driver) was picking his order up at the window, I told the girl in the window "thanks hon". some long haired dude sticks his head out the window and tells me "you can't say that". huh? "you can't say hon, thats harassment". uh... what? first of all, I don't work for cookout. second, since when is "hon" sexually charged in any way? third, why is he speaking for a female employee? fourth, I'll say whatever I want to say.
otherwise, I'm here multiple times a week with hungry riders, and this is the first time I've seen or heard anything this stupid here.

My first visit to this restaurant was horrible!W went through the drive through and the cashier rushed me to tell her the order. I didn't even have time to check the menu. She kept interrupting me and she talked so fast, I could barely understand her, even when she confirmed the order. She was rude and I felt rushed. The food was sub-par. The fries were gross and chewy and the hamburger bun was soggy. Horrible service and terrible food. Will NOT be going back.
