If you want cheese in your burger you have to tell them, if you don't you won't get it and they don't ask or suggest it either. I'm a out of towner i learned the hard way! Oh and their milk shakes are the truth! Price per person: $1–10

It was my first time trying Cook Out, and honestly the experience was disappointing. The food was very average. But the main issue was the service. I simply asked if I could order coffee, and instead of answering normally, the staff member responded rudely, like, “Seriously, coffee?” When I said it was just a simple question and they could simply say yes or no, I was told, “You can read the menu.” Of course I can read the menu, but there was nothing wrong with asking a basic question. As a first-time customer, I should not be expected to already know whether coffee is served or not. Overall, the staff felt unfriendly and rude. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
