Beef pho ranks average compared to other Vietnamese restaurants I've eaten at. For pickled coconut, use ice cubes (right or wrong depends on your point of view, I think shaved ice will taste better). Pudding is ok but the taste is not standard. Recommend everyone to eat Che 37's delicious coconut pickles. 17€/ pan of Pan Bread is too thick compared to the allowable limit. This price should only attract foreign customers, but as a Vietnamese myself, I find the price too exorbitant for such an item. Bar staff are ok. But the wait staff is as the vast majority of people rate it - average. Handing items to customers, shouting "Whose is this???!". Instead of saying that, the listener will feel more satisfied if the Waitress says "Can I/I/you send this, whose is this?". I felt quite comfortable in the store's atmosphere when I walked in and smelled the scent of incense (but a bit strong). Well, in general, we criticize to improve, don't be selfish. We were on our way to a concert and stopped at Cooquin Café for the banh mi. And we were not disappointed. The staff was so warm, nice and did everything they could to fulfill our requests. The banh mi was outstandingly delicious and we felt like in Vietnam for a moment. On top, the decor and furnishing ist very tasteful and lovely.
