Everything is gluten free, and they have offerings for other allergies. As a Celiac, it's such a relief being able to walk in, lower my guard a bit, and know I can order anything I want. The bagettes were excellent, especially the buckwheat one! We picked one up every day to snack on during our travels. We picked up a dessert here every night, the chocolate pistachio tart and the raspberry tart were amazing. Look. Some items don't translate to gluten-free very well. I'm looking at you, pain au chocolate. If you don't HAVE to be gluten free, some items may not meet your expectations. For those of us that have to be, the options here are excellent. All other allergens are clearly listed.
