I made reservations a when I showed up they said I used the wrong app. The app the initially asked me to use. Will never come back here again. Fix your tech, I hear it’s as bad as your food. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My family and I are at the Ava resort celebrating my husband’s birthday. We decided to dine at the Copal restaurant at the resort but found it difficult to make reservations. The hostesses at the front were able to assist us with a table to help celebrate my husband’s birthday. Itzel, Arena, and Laura were amazing with assisting us with a last minute table. They really made our night and I’m so thankful for their great service. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
