We love Copalli’s but sadly they’re closing July 31, 2021. Hopefully we get a new coffee shop in Bulverde.

Un-BEE-LEE-vable! This place was amazing. The coffee, mhhmmhhhmm, fantastic. The decor, adorable, funny, witty. The bakery items? Literally to die for. The orange coffee cake, the cherries jubilee bread pudding, the cheddar jalapeno scone, the blueberry scone, the strawberry cookies... Everything was spectacular, fluffy, delicious, flavorful. We stopped in to grab coffee on a whim and were so totally blown away. Did I forget to mention the service was top notch? Friendly, talkative, knowledgeable staff. A real gem, this place. Would recommend.
