We waited for our flight in Lima today and ate at Copper Bar and Kitchen. Our server Andres was fabulous. I had the margherita pizza and mom had a club sandwich. Both were delicious. Andres was attentive, concerned with when our flight was so we would make it on time, and helpful. If you find yourself in Lima Peru, stop by Copper Bar and Kitchen. At Copper Bar & Kitchen, there was a full bar at its entrance and since we had just had dinner with P & N, we decided to have 2 cocktails – Inka Driver and Pisco No. #4, along with a beer (since IPA was out). We kept it within the Priority Pass spending limit of $27 per person (or $54 USD total). Enjoyed the Inka Driver with its fragrant, smokey taste that keeps you coming back for more.
