We arrived at the Copper river restaurant around 5ish on a Tuesday and it was quite busy. The restaurant was a bit chilly so we ate outside, which is a nice space, though somewhat noisy from the traffic near the restaurant. The brussel sprouts appetizer was very good, but the mahi mahi tacos were just OK. Not served very warm (fish was cooked nicely, but mostly cold) and the wait for a salsa side made it irrelevant by the time it was delivered (oh well). Beer delivery was lightning fast and the selection was good. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

My husband and I were in the area running an errand, so we thought we would pop in for dinner. We were shocked at how many cars were in the parking lot at 5pm on a Tuesday! We found out that Copper River is a great place for happy hour and it seems everyone else knew it. You could order happy hour at any table in the restaurant, not just the bar. We started with the Scratch Made Corn Fritters, which came with a delicious house-made honey butter. I highly recommend these! They were so good that we saw them being served at a lot of other tables as well. For my main course, I had the Pear and Gorgonzola Salad, which was very tasty. I also ordered the Spicy Mac & Cheese, which was overall pretty good, but not very spicy. My husband, who is very picky about burgers, ordered the PB&J Burger. He had a difficult time finding a go-to burger, but this one passed the test! He said it was one of the best burgers he's ever had. We're definitely going back to Copper River Restaurant & Bar to try more of their delicious food and drinks!
