To whom it may concern, I am a regular customer who regularly comes in with new clients every single time l, whom I refer to your business. It’s unfortunate I have to write this review but with the horrible experience I had on my most recent visit I feel it is only right to let you know the unprofessionalism I encountered. I brag about your business all the time because the atmosphere is beautiful. I wanted my client to experience what I have experienced in the past. I trusted that my client would love this place and feel special being that it was also her birthday. We come in for lunch about 1pm atmosphere great as usual we are seated and meet our server. This is when things start to go south. First off very unfriendly. When we asked about the menu she was very unfriendly and didn’t seem to know anything about anything. Very short with us. She brought the food out, my client did not enjoy her steak salad. I mentioned this to the server, she came and took it away. Fine we were ok with that besides the attitude, but then while we were still trying to enjoy our time here the server then comes makes us feel like we are being pushed out. Telling us “it’s time for them to vacuum” and pushed us to hurry up and pay. Fine I was ready to leave at this point we felt very uncomfortable. My client told me she would never come back. I also feel based on this bad experience that I don’t want to come back or refer anyone here ever again. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Spending two nights in Seattle before an international flight, I had been staying at the Marriott, nearby, and, I was searching for an above-average restaurant that was in the vicinity of Sea-Tac Airport. Copperleaf is a gem of a find. Here, you'll find very tasty, contemporary American food and drinks, made with obvious care, and friendly service, offered in a very chill and relaxing atmosphere. I had brunch and dinner at the Copperleaf on the same day; that's how good it was. The Cedarbrook Lodge, where the restaurant is located, looks great, too -- I will be staying here, the next time I pass through Seattle. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
