This is definitely the best restaurant in Venezuela and surely one of the best in Latin America. We traveled all the way from Norway and were truly impressed by the quality. The flavors were complex, each dish was unique—showcasing the head chef's culinary journey. The presentation is stunning, the wine pairing was impressive, and the service was very attentive and professional. The farm-to-table concept is remarkable, using ingredients they produce themselves to create a special experience. If this restaurant were located in Europe, it would surely be awarded two Michelin stars, plus a green star for sustainability. Team Cordero, thank you for the unforgettable experience!
