Can’t recommend this highly enough. Every aspect of the meal was perfect. (We chose Classics tasting menu with wine pairing after starting with glasses of champagne). Expensive but worth it (unlike some other places at this price). Lovely atmosphere. Very personalised service (every staff member seemed to know it was a big wedding anniversary for us). Every dish was exceptional with interesting well balanced flavours and served by knowledgable, charismatic staff. Love that the chefs also engage with the diners. Unlimited delicious fresh bread and butter, if desired, an extra bonus. Great atmosphere - beautiful, not stuffy and not too noisy but with great view of the kitchen from some tables like ours. Wine pairing was superb (we chose to share one between two of us, which they handled really well)- really excellent, special choices and well paired and explained. Worth the effort to get a table if you can! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: £100+

Pure perfection at Core! Greeting the kitchen staff at entry and exit was such a unique, thoughtful touch. The atmosphere from our corner table was wonderful, and Clare Smyth’s Signature Potato and Roe was an absolute "wow" moment—she’s officially my favorite female chef! Seamless, world-class service where every single detail is effortlessly taken care of. 10/10 experience! Core by Clare Smyth, London, England. A three Michelin star restaurant in the heart of Notting Hill, Core is Chef Clare Smyth’s flagship and one of Britain’s most celebrated dining destinations. The menu showcases modern British cuisine, with focus on seasonal ingredients sourced from across the UK. Signature dishes are Potato and Roe, Lamb Carrot and Core Apple. The experience was in general good but nothing memorable. Was it me that had a high expectations from a three Michelin star restaurant? May be. Service was polished, attentive and highly professional. Rating 3.5/5. Average PPP £ 280. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
