Visited on a friend’s recommendation for my last meal before leaving Rome, and I was truly moved. I’ve traveled to many countries and eaten a lot of Korean food, but this was the first place where I could taste the exact flavor of food as it is in Korea. Even at famous Korean restaurants abroad, there are often slight differences, but here it was truly the same taste I get in Korea. The moment I took a bite, the familiar and comforting flavor made me think of Korea, and I felt deeply comforted at the end of my trip. I’m so glad I had my last meal in Rome here. I would confidently recommend it not only to Koreans who miss Korean food, but also to foreigners who want to experience authentic Korean cuisine. Ristorante Mamma Coreana was an amazing surprise in Rome. I was craving Korean food and found an authentic spot with delicious dishes and even a buffet option.
