I have eaten here maybe 5 times over the last as many months. The whole vibe of this place is chill & refreshing. The food is excellent (today was a charred romaine caeser, bucatini with clams & a merguez pizza for two). The staff is attentive yet not intrusive. The design of the space - the lighting, the bar, etc - is perfect. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Visited Corio for the first time in September 2025, and had a solid first experience. The highlight for sure was the delicious food. Everything we ate was yummy - modern (and often spicy!) takes on pizza and pasta, plus great apps/salads/sides. The atmosphere is a bit disjointed -- split between a very large pickup area (guessing for lunch/takeout), bar seats, bar hightops, and then a very small dining room (4 tables). The only comfortable wooden chairs looked like they were in the dining room, the rest of them appeared to be bulky metal. The service was a little slow (waited 15 mins after our reservation start time to get our table, and another 15 after that to order). We also had a disgruntled server who kept getting upstaged by the hostess, which was awkward but we didn't mind because the hostess was serving us faster. Will def be back to check it out again soon!
