We're truly apologetic that your evening was marked by an unusual wait time for meals coming out at different times from our team. We understand how that must have been, especially when you came to enjoy a meal together. That's not the experience we want any of our guests to have. We also apologize that no one properly acknowledged the inconvenience or expressed the care and concern you deserved during your visit. At any given moment a manager could have been requested to address any concerns. While we know busy nights can present challenges, we intend to fulfill the obligation of a great experience. Thank you for mentioning our live complimentary saxophone performer. We're so glad she was able to bring some enjoyment to your evening, even though the rest of your experience fell short. We're also confused to hear that our freshly made mac and cheese fell short of your pallet, as you ordered an additional serving to go that was outside of your expected serving and price. The portions are heavy and the prices are slightly low for the Hampden area. Your feedback has been shared with our team because experiences like yours are helpful. We care deeply about providing great food, genuine hospitality, and an experience that reflects the pride we have in serving our community.
