It is a beautiful atmosphere at Café Americain. In our opinion, this was done well in connection with the operating exam But for this renowned name in the world, we did not think the quality of the food was good, we expected something different, far below par and if a lot of money is paid for it. Our dinner consisted of - Brie croute, this tasted fine, but presented simply on the plate, this could have been done a little nicer as more attention is paid to this in restaurants nowadays - sirloin steak was a piece of meat on a plate with a bowl of sauce that didn't really belong there, a bowl of lettuce and some fries, the meat was not medium, it was overcooked. Here too, the kitchen could really pay more attention to this than was presented on the plate in this way - other main course was sea bass, it tasted great, but there was a lot of it and it was swimming in the butter sauce and some broccoli strings next to it, the presentation of this plate really left a lot to be desired - dessert Dame Blanche was in a bowl, 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream and a bowl of warm chocolate sauce, this sauce was delicious, but also far too simple for this level of hotel/restaurant I believe that the restaurant should pay attention to its kitchen presentation because for this caliber it really needs to improve. The experience was fun, but at this point I don't recommend it to anyone because there are so many more where this gets attention The bar in the hotel was very nice with all the photos of famous artists.
