Hi I am so sorry to hear this. I have tried to call several times. I am the owner. I would love to make this up to you. As I never received and order. I did have a new girl working in the front and she said she wrote it on the order sheets as she was trained but it never made it to me. We have since reviewed our order process and have given training on this further. I would absolutely love to make this up to you and as a mom of 5 I completely understand how upsetting this had to have been for you! I greatly apologize.
