I work in the building, and I have great experience every time I get my coffee and danish. Always delicious, exceptional service, and fun conversations. Definitely recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It was open at 10:40am, but there was a sign on the counter that said they were out on a "5 minute" break and would be back at "10:59" (20 min from now). The place was totally deserted, so I guess they were taking a break from the peace and quiet.

Hello Mike, we are sorry to hear about this problem you encountered. This is a staffing issue we are aware of, and we are currently working to find a solution that allows our baristas to take their entitled lunch break without causing a disruption to service.
