Very good. The sandwiches are among the best I've ever eaten... however, I would work harder, MUCH more on the savory croissants. The ones I took, with beef carpaccio (not with bresaola...;)) or with slices of salmon, both with "fresh" rocket, were made with a certain carelessness and this is disappointing because we don't expect this from Corsetti .
