The lounge is certainly popular and can get busy after 5 PM but I had the most pleasant experience with staff especially Sam who just knew exactly what to do with every guest. That’s exactly the difference in a premium indulgent lounge experience. Their ala carte menu is superiorly curated and worth discovering especially before a long haul. Cheers to the staff and keep up the good work. I see the entry is being upgraded as that certainly feels a bit less at the moment.

Sorry to disagree with a lot of you, but this is just a very uncomfortable lounge to hang out in. From the chairs to the atmosphere let alone the choices for food and the buffet. Tried it twice and both times we were disappointed. We have travelled alot and have been in many airline lounges around the world, but in this case, we’d rather use the regular Maple Leaf lounge instead….even though it has it’s own issues, at least the chairs are comfy.

An outstanding experience, rivals the best global reimagined top tier airport lounges. Feels like a trendy restaurant and bar,the food is excellent and our attendant, Ebony, was helpful, attentive without being too much. Surpassed the BA lounge in Jordan or the Singapore Airlines lounge in HK. The option to access the buffet or receive table service from a menu that never fails to delight. The Halibut is a favorite of mine. The champagne (Tattingers) helps prepare one for the flight. One more reason to fly Business Class Business to Europe and beyond.
