“I had a disappointing experience at [ caffe ]. The customer service was lacking, particularly from one staff member who was not only rude but also appeared to be sleeping at the counter. Additionally, I noticed discrepancies in pricing compared to previous visits. I hope they can improve their service and consistency in the future.”.
