The restaurant was extremely busy, and while waiting to be seated at our table, I witnessed several people approaching the food buffet counter, picking up food, handling it, taken a bit and then putting it back. I was shocked to see this happening, especially as there appeared to be no staff supervision or management control in place to prevent it.
Seeing such poor food hygiene and a lack of customer consideration was very concerning. As a result, we decided not to stay and chose to dine elsewhere.
I was appalled by what I witnessed and disappointed that no action was taken by staff. People should show more respect and consideration for others when food is being served. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
