We visited the Cosmopolitan restaurant in Rabat this evening to try the new menu, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed by a wonderful server, and the evening began with beautifully presented amuse-bouches that set the tone for the meal. For starters, we ordered escargots and ceviche, followed by the sea bream and spaghetti as main courses, and finished with the baba au rhum for dessert. The service was impeccable, and every dish was absolutely magnificent—perfectly executed with incredible flavors and presentation. This was a truly memorable dining experience, and we highly recommend Cosmopolitan to anyone looking for outstanding food and service.
