Please be careful when ordering food from this restaurant. I had ordered today evening chicken shish kebab. There were also couple other orders and for one customer they did not do according to order . The customer has already opened the food and inspected or whatever and took it to the counter. She took it aside removed some things from it just repacked it and gave to me. When I asked her she said some silly excuses Actually a risk exposed food is given to another customer as repacked Please be careful when ordering. It means poor hygiene practice by the staff Price per person: £1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

PLEASE READ REVIEWS FIRST! I didn't and paid the price! Ordered from justeat here. 2 hours after ordering and delivery delayed for third time on app I rang up (have never rang a restaurant in my life for ETA). Man on phone very rude and said he had no trace of my order and they don't deliver to my location. Told him I ordered on justeat and they gave me ETA, man on phone argued and said no and to cancel my order then hung up on me. Worst restaurant I have experienced in my life and never order again, have submitted a report to justeat. Read my other other reviews, I'm positive about 99% positive of other places so this one MUST BE BAD. Sorry cosmos, maybe talk to you staff about customer service or let them know to start looking for other jobs soon. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very bad attitude. Just tried to place order over the phone. The person on the phone couldn't speak or understand English well. Instead he started misbehaving. I told him why is he yelling? I am not ordering it for free. He said this is his shop he deals his way. Thank you very much for being illetrate and not groomed. Keep your shop and your food with yourself. No wonder your shop has few clients left with pathetic reviews online.
