Costa Azul Mexican restaurant blew me away. I have finally discovered a restaurant that cook its food like I would cook it. They cook The most delicious and healthy dishes in Fort Pierce. Customer service is also the realest. Me being an experienced food credit, I had to do the grease test on them. And their dish passes the grease test. I grew up eating Haitian food; lots of rice and beans and chicken and other delicious Caribbean flavors. Now as an adult I incorporate different spices and different cooking methods into my personal cooking. And this Mexican restaurant’s (Coasta Azul Mexican restaurant)cooking style matches my cooking style; Healthy and delicious. And they pass the grease test.
