I had lunch at the place for a long time. The food is basic, but well done. The staff is friendly. Over the last few months, the salad department has improved a lot, becoming more varied. The problem is that the amount of protein served has been decreasing in the weightless self-service option. I don't see any reason for this, especially since beef has practically disappeared from the menu (what's more is chicken, sausage, liver, stew and other cheaper things); and the price increased successively. I would like management to review this attitude, considering that the vast majority of the population is CARNIVORE, not vegan.
