“Five years empty in the heart of Congleton — can the locals tell me why?” Full review text: Hello, I am the landlord of the property opposite Costa Coffee at 1 Bridge Street, Congleton, CW12 1AY. I invested in this property around five years ago, yet it has remained empty all this time. This is a prime location in the town centre, next to thriving businesses like Boots, Superdrug, Holland & Barrett, and the Post Office. With all this footfall, it’s puzzling that this space has stayed vacant for so long. I’d love to hear from the local community: why do you think this property hasn’t been let yet? Friendly helpful staff, coffee not great. I think it's the beans. Staff certainly knew their stuff.
