Order is always wrong. Staff have limited customer service skills. Not a very good Costa anymore.

One of my faves. They turned off the AC simply because they overheard me talking about. Frequently when I mention it in other places I get an argument.

Good staff friendly and efficient One thing why not try using cups to mark type strength etc down the sides Much easier for the barista to reference
