Best costa to work in, have a coffee and read a book, or meet up with friends for coffee. Even better now they allow dogs! Always amazing service, always clean and enjoyable to be in. Just wish Costa catered more for coeliac/gluten free people like me! Price per person: £1–10 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: Costa seriously needs to improve their menu options for gluten free people

Costa might be a big-name chain, but this branch feels like a proper independent café. The staff clearly know their stuff—I’ve overheard genuine, thoughtful recommendations on teas and coffees that you wouldn’t expect from a chain. It’s always a warm welcome too, with friendly faces and real conversation. Refreshing, personal, and consistently great. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
