Once the promenade around the River Ness is over, visit Costa Coffee. It's nice to order great coffee. The cute staff is the only thing that can spoil your evening at Costa Coffee. But on Facebook, clients say that this place deserves 4.3.

Dear people of Costa, we left our diperbag (blue elephant) with the iPhone of my daughter, on our visit with you on sunday 20th august. I am traying to reach you for three day's now, by telepfone, Facebook and twitter, but I still don't have contact. Please let me know if you found the bag, so I can come and get it. I hope this message wil work, it's my last change to contact you. We are on vacation in Scotland and now we are on Skye. Coming thursday I am able to pick up the bag in Inverness. Didn't have time to sit in today but thanks to the dude behind the till for rushing me my 'coffee-to-go' fix so I could run and catch the train home. Service with a smile every time.

Had a coffee in costa in Inverness Saturday morning and enjoyed the coffee, cake. Had a coffee in Costa Elgin retail park, Friday afternoon, awful, all tables were full of dirty cups, trays, papers on floors, took ages to get coffee, no spoons, forks, staff one of two was running back and forwards getting clean cups. Talking to another customer she said it was a regular accurance, my caramel coffee tasted awful but had no willpower to stand in queue. Will not go again
