I went to Costa with my collague yesterday. We order a lot because more than 20 people came there. And I am asking nicely to the barista, “I would like to order hot chocolate, can you make it without sugar?” And he answered with sarcastic tone, “how come chocolate without sugar.” And he was laughing. What a rude. Is he never get training about hospitality and how to handle handle customer nicely? I am working in hospitality and I know exactly how to behave in front of customer. This is unacceptable. Train your staff nicely. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
