I go to this Costa most mornings on my way back from the school run for my morning coffee. The staff are extremely friendly and super helpful and nothing is too much trouble. It’s all ran really well and everyone knows what they are doing. They make a great coffee! The place is always clean and tidy and always well stocked. All staff seem to get on very well with each other and are always happy. I would recommend this Costa if your passing as it’s great coffee with lovely staff and the best view of the lake. Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Quiet services, very peaceful with lots of clean tables. Great view of the lake and people doing water sports in January. The black decaf coffee was ok. Not much gluten free just snack pk cake. Meal type: Other Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Dietary restrictions: Nor much gluten free. Snack pack cake.

I have visited many Costa coffee shops around the country and all but this one were polite and efficient. One of the staff shouted at me and when I was asked to order was talked over while I was trying to finish my order. When my order arrived with tomato sauce instead of Brown I tried to attract the one who shouted at me to no avail. I Was then told off for raising my voice.
