There’s always a really strong bad chemically smell in there, makes me feel sick. I like Costa and I want Costa drink from here but I can’t go in because of the smell. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Found the new manager Jamie to be very good at his job, friendly and witty. His colleague Lily who is also new in the Broadstairs branch brightens the place up with her youth, looks and smiles.
