I just had the most horrible experience there, the Filipino lady was very rude, the one in front side of Costa coffee. I told her to pls make my croissants hot because last time the croissant was not hot enough so I was eating cold cheese and turkey. She became so rude and starting saying she was not the one and arguing with me there, I told her to do her job right because all I want is for the croissant to be hot, I work in little village same mall so we get discount, I buy there almost all the time and suddenly she was so rude. HORRIBLE . Customer service was very bad the Filipino lady is rude
