It is kind of funny now that I know that I should always expect a frowny face and a bad attitude in the costa cafes. It seems to be part of the culture in Costa coffees in RIga. This is the third place and exactly the same bad attitude and unfriendly service. Are they all trained to be this bad or is it a hiring pattern? Price per person: €5–10
