Had to wait 7-9 mins at the till being the only customer waiting there while FIVE other workers were busy doing something else pretending you are not even there. I am usually ok with waiting for a bit if staff is too busy or overwhelmed but here it was unreasonably long and not very polite. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: €1–5

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The barista, Marija in Akropole Riga, was shockingly rude and incredibly unprofessional. I politely asked when my order would be ready, and instead of answering the question, she looked at me with irritation and repeatedly shouted. It was a shocking behaviour as she was aggressive. If you work with people, is this okay to be agressive and rude for no reason? I doubt so. It’s disappointing that someone like Marija is representing this café. No matter how good the coffee is, terrible service completely ruins the experience. I will never come back and definitely cannot recommend this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Price per person: €10–15
