This was the first time I went to costa and probably the last. I ordered a medium latte but a particular barrista with colored hair was very dismissive and completely unfriendly, looking at me like I was at fault for something. I was gonna let that slide but when I got my latte I checked the check and was charged extra for the arabica coffee beans without informing me about the additional cost, as well as it was written that I ordered lactose free milk although I clearly said I wanted regular milk. Wasn't charged extra for that but are the workers farming some kind of statistic? I mean why else would they do that. Strongly recommend against going to costa unless you want to be drained dry off your cash and at the same time experience the unfriendly service. (Keep in mind the review is a bit old, I just had to clear up my mind on how baffling it is to treat customers like this.)

Forgot to make my milkshake. Was dissapointed, and after a while made a completely wrong order for my sister. Should train your employes better. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: €5–10
