Never had I ever had a great experience with Costa in UK. Came.here because I was coffee deprived. Met Imran and he made me try latte, cappuccino and cold brew. Always assumed Costa to be bad. Not this. It was excellent coffee extraction and astringent taste wasn't there at all. 5 stars to this Costa branch Food: 5 Service: 5

Today was my anniversary and I decided to visit a coffee shop along with my wife, so I thought there is nothing better place then cost of coffee in Riyadh Gallery Mall. The hospitality and the amazing team is completely outstanding. The best person over there. is Mr Imran.He is the manager out there and he takes care of you extremely well. He is so polite. He is very down to earth. he doesn’t sell you the Coffee. He sells you the experience Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SAR 20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The employee James is an ideal, friendly and cheerful person. He served me in less than a minute. I thank Costa Coffee Company for the wonderful employee.
