2 stars! One staff member was rude myself and another customer. Dictated where i stood in the shop when i was trying to browse. He was then rude to a disabled customer when she asked to use the loo. In this day an age you cant assume someones disability. He stated " you do know its just for disabled people." The women got out from a car in a disabled space. Only getting 2 stars due to another staff member stepped in and even mentioned that the guy was rude.

Stopped off for a pit stop at Rugby services. Our very old dog (Rugby services allow dogs inside) promptly peed in the main concourse! A very, very kind and friendly lady from Costa Coffee, Dee, came to our rescue! Subsequently, because of her kindness, we had bacon bap and flat white coffee from Costa, served by two very polite young staff members. Can thoroughly recommend Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Visith (excuse spelling) is the GOAT. We arrived to a long line and only him behind the counter, but he handled it exceptionally. He worked efficiently under pressure and handled the large numbers of customers with ease! Our food and drinks were delicious and we were very impressed! Still beaming from my visit!!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
