Visited the store today (23rd May) at about 2:30pm and was really taken aback by the attitude of the blonde lady behind the counter. She was abrupt, unhelpful, and came across as quite rude. Customer service is usually the bare minimum, but it definitely wasn’t there today.

Costa. The name gives a good indication of what's the focus of this business is. So they do coffee, hot and cold food. I've not been to one for some time and had forgotten how bad they are. I've been to small cafes down back streets that offer double the value for spend. Coffee here is of a reasonable standard but costs that of coffee of a very hight standard. Foods on another level. Top price and something I'd expect for a pound. I'd give it a miss and at some point you'll probably realise it's simply not worth a visit. Despite how desperate you are. Really bad attitude from the 2 staff - rude, abrupt and lacked communication skills. I mean the two young women who attended to me today @ 17:00 - 15th April 2026. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
