10th march 24, Ordered 2 coffees and 2 frappé for the kids, got the coffee and was told by the girl serving she will shout us when the frappé s are ready. 8 mins later the kids say where our drink. As we look up the girl is giving people at the counter (who came in after us 2 frappés). So we go up to the counter and ask about our drinks to which she says oh I made them all together... But our drinks have not been made and the other customers walk out with 2 drinks that we have been waiting for. Said to the girl that our drinks should have been made first, to which she said well I made them together.... Which she didn't because ours aren't ready. Another 5 minutes and finally our drinks are ready. This girl who was serving at about 2.45 pm has no customer service skills or manners at all. She did not apologise in any way for her poor judgment. Poor service provided by Costa west kirby. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
