I visited the cafe today and lost a little important clip from my buggy that holds the wheel on. I phoned Costa to see if it was there as I was already back in the car and it was. A very lovely woman on the phone offered for a member of their team met me at the back of M&S to return it! Thank you so much to you all for the act of kindness that you showed today! Very much appreciate it- you made my life so much easier by doing this!!!
