8.30pm and its shut despite being 24 hours online because they have to "cash up" and then the barista decided to explain to me what cashing up was. anyone who has worked in customer service knows what it is and that you can still use card payments. as many reviews here have said, don't advertise 24 hours if you are not 24 hours!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Standard Costa coffee, visited around 11pm on drive back up from London, service was mediocre to say we was the only people in the place. Biggest frustration was dispite us sitting in, we had to have disposable cups. After saying we was staying in, we was told ‘it’s only paper cups at this time’ I wanted a proper cup and to have a relax whilst drinking it, I drank less than half and left disappointed.
